華人消費者協會投訴組負責人陳作人表示，柏文及城市屋的業主立案法團每月要開一次會議，每年也要開周年會議，這些會議都須有紀錄留下；柏文業主最好每次會議都參加，以瞭解物業情況，這是業主的權利。

素里市一幢柏文單位一個業主，因多年來不斷遭到其他住戶投訴，現已被法庭下令限期內須賣掉單位後遷出。相信這是卑詩省首宗同類案例。

 

這幢柏文位於素里吉爾德福道（Guildford Dr.），該柏文的業主立案法團收到針對當事人業主和她20歲兒子數以百計投訴後，決定由法團出面把她告上法庭。
